Whistler Blackcomb skiing has become quite popular over the years and it isn’t hard to see why.  Whistler is one of the world’s best ski resorts but after a long day of skiing, where will you end up?  One of the best ways to round the day off would be to dine out at a local restaurant.  However, there are so many of them, which should you choose?  What are the best Whistler BC restaurants?

Bearfoot Bistro

This lovely bistro is one of the more expensive restaurants in Whistler but it’s still well worth the money!  The food here varies but the head chef has created some amazing dishes over the years.  If you are a big fan of good food then this is the place for you.  You have a big choice from lamb, beef, salad, seafood and a lot more!  If you dine here, you may want to get Whistler Blackcomb accommodations close by so you don’t have to walk far.

Rim Rock Cafe

Another lovely restaurant, Rim Rock Cafe offers perfect service with lovely and welcoming staff.  You will feel right at home here and the menu choice is extensive.  The Rim Rock Cafe however is always full so you may need to make your booking early if you want to get a good seat.  Though, when you visit here, you are going to see how good the food is and you’ll enjoy it too.  After a long day of Whistler Blackcomb skiing, you can enjoy dining out here at the Rim Rock Cafe.

The Sushi Village

This is really going to be more for those who love sushi and all types of fresh seafood.  The Sushi Village is famed for their fresh fish so hopefully you will find something here you adore.  This can be found in Whistler Village so after Whistler après-ski events, you don’t have far to walk.  Also, the menu is really good and the prices are quite impressive too.

Dusty’s Bar And Barbecue

This is a really nice place to visit and not just because of the inexpensive prices.  You are going to love the menu on offer because it’s quite impressive.  There are burgers, salads and lots of other tasty delicacies on offer.  However, you will enjoy the company and the views from the restaurant also.  It’s also a family friendly establishment so you can take all the family here too which isn’t so bad.  Once you’ve eaten, you can carry on with your Whistler Blackcomb skiing!

Gone Bakery and Soup Co.

The restaurant is quite good in many ways.  First of all, the prices are really quite affordable; one of the budget restaurants in Whistler but the food is great.  This is probably best for morning or afternoon snacks or lunch and their soup of the day is great as well.  Gone Bakery and Soup Co can be found in Whistler Village so you shouldn’t have too far to travel from your Whistler Blackcomb accommodations.

Where Will You Choose To Eat?

Just like Park City rentals, the best thing about Whistler, after the skiing, is it offers everything you would need or want including some amazing eating establishments.  This is why after a long day of skiing, thousands flock to the restaurants and enjoy their meals.  Of course, you will have a lot of amazing places to stop in at so why not try them all out?  Enjoy Whistler Après-ski and try some of the local delicacies.

Much like many winter sports, ski flying is fun and adventurous and it allows you to get out of your comfort zone and experience a different feeling and a different type of events. Ski flying takes that a step further as it requires high jumping and acrobatic effects. It allows you to feel that liberating moment where you are in control of every movement you make. Many people enjoy the risky aspect of it, knowing that it is something that they can control with their effort and experience and skills in the sports.

It requires fitness and training

Ski flying is not any sport for anyone to practice. It is difficult and risky and it requires the subject to be fit and to have undergone much practice prior to engaging in this sport. It certainly is not for beginners and not anyone looking at Whistler accommodations should jump into right away. It is a challenging sport that requires a lot of skills and practice. Anyone who practices ski jumping should have already learned basic ski skills and be skilled and experienced in snow related activities.

Ski Flying

It should also constitute a switch from ski jumping and should be practiced under the surveillance of a coach or someone who is more experienced at least at the beginning until it is mastered. The training and fitness required by these sports have great benefits and require one to remain healthy during the off season so their skills do not deteriorate or lessen.
